Obituary of Gavin St. Aubyn Petgrave

Gavin Petgrave, age 32, passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022, at Toronto General Hospital after a courageous battle with Sickle Cell. Born on March 17, 1989, in Spanish Town, Jamaica to Yvonne Gayle and Allan Petgrave; he worked as an entrepreneur in art, displaying a wonderful talent for bringing life to his drawings. Gavin truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, playing rugby, beating his family at scrabble and chess, losing at dance-dance revolution, snacking, and spending time with his nephew and siblings. Gavin had an uncanny ability to reach people in a relatable and positive way. He is survived by his parents, 5 siblings, nephew, grandmother and extended family.
